Behind The North Face brand are awe-inspiring stories of human perseverance. Thanks to an NRG-led community marketing strategy, those stories found a captive audience.
What we did
Since 1968, The North Face has been at the forefront of expeditions, each generating a host of compelling and inspirational content. To tell those stores, The North Face Speaker Series was born.
In addition to connecting outdoor enthusiasts with thrilling real-life tales of exploration, the Speaker Series provides a forum for athletes to interact with guests, fielding questions and sharing details in an unprecedented intimate firsthand account of their experiences. NRG produced 18 Speaker Series events in 15 cities, including one on the launch of Meru, featuring Conrad Anker, Jimmy Chin and Renan Ozturk.
